American Photographic Artists, in conjunction with FotoWeek DC and Kaller Fine Arts, invites you to an exciting photo event celebrating Diego Ortiz Mugica’s images of the National Parks of Argentina. This artist lecture and book signing will be held at the Argentine Embassy in Washington, DC on Tuesday, November 9 from 6:30 to 8 pm to coincide with an exhibition of some of Mugica’s finest prints. Mugica, who has been referred to as “the Ansel Adams of Argentina”, is renowned for his ability to blend digital technology and darkroom expertise to produce breathtaking black and white photographs. APA is proud to be a part of providing a pre-launch peak at Mugica’s newest book, “The National Parks of Argentina”, which officially will be released in Argentina in mid-November.
